It so happens that the extraordinary rich sensory profile of the scent from tobacco leaves contains special smell molecules that are created during the fermentation stage of the whiskey and Bourbon production process. This explains the occurrence of tobacco (un-smoked) and tobacco leaf scents in a Bourbon. It would be impossible for an Aroma Scientist to achieve a full analysis of the complex aroma molecule profile of the aroma we present in this kit unless they had unlimited access to not only the best equipment but also virtually unlimited funding.

See our Bourbon Aroma Kit for more information.
